Welcome to our little humble abode, where our al fresco balcony does all the talking. Our apartment is comfortable and fresh, with a mesmerising 180-degree sea view. Early morning sunrises or late evening cheese and wine surprises, either way you have a delicious way to start or end the day, overlooking Cascais. The space Our place is well equipped with essentials such as a coffee machine, sharp chef knives, a microwave, stove top with pots and non stick pans, fridge and freezer. We also have spices, olive oils, salt and sugar - all of those little things you don't travel with! We have a washing machine and a clothes rack to air dry on our large balcony. On arrival, you'll slip into the rhythm of holiday life with a complimentary bottle of Portuguese wine because holidays and wine go hand in hand. There is also an under-rated ceiling fan above the bed, for all those over-rated hot sweaty summer nights. It enables you to sleep comfortably underneath its gentle flapping wings of steel, catching some sweet sweet breeze with those holiday zzzz's. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Step-free access. That includes having our place cleaned with anti viral disinfectant after every stay, we’ve got pillow and mattress protectors. As your hosts, we are here to help with your holiday. We can arrange private transfers to and from the airport and are available for any further assistance throughout your stay. What are the Occupancy Taxes and Fees? Cascais Council (along with Porto, Lisbon and some parts of the Algarve) have a tourist tax per night which is mandatory for all guests, regardless of nationality or residence, from the age of 13, per person and per night, up to 7 nights per stay. The amount charged is 2 Euros per night up to a maximum of 14 Euros per stay. Thanks for understanding, we'd rather not charge for this, but we have to submit this money to the council along with a registration of the identities of who stays. Registration Details 86486/AL
