Our comfortable, self contained first floor apartment is in the heart of a quiet residential area of Padstow with free on street parking. The property offers guests the choice of self catering or easy access to Padstow's excellent restaurants. Ideal short walking distance to Padstow town centre, harbour and beach. The town's cosy pubs and award winning restaurants are a short stroll away. The property is also a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful North Cornwall coast and beyond. The space The property is perfect for couples allowing you the choice of catering for yourselves in the fully equipped kitchen or dining out. All of Padstow's fine restaurants are within walking distance of the property. The bedroom has a king-sized bed. There is also a sofa bed available in the lounge allowing flexible sleeping arrangements. If you wish to use the sofa bed please let us know in advance of your stay, there is a small charge for extra bedding. The bathroom has both bath and showering facilities. The comfortable lounge with games, books, Smart TV and DVD player (plus a selection of DVDs) gives you the option to relax and unwind between your visits to the many sights and activities that Padstow and the surrounding area has to offer. The property has an excellent high speed (150mb) internet connection and free Wi-Fi access is included. The apartment also benefits from full gas central heating. Guest access Guests have complete access to the first floor property with no shared areas. Access via private entrance. Access does require guests to climb a flight of steps. Other things to note Parking is on street and there are no charges. If off street parking is essential we can arrange for a nearby neighbour to accommodate you vehicle (there is a charge for this). Another alternative is to view our ground floor apartment which has a dedicated parking space. Our Ground floor flat is listed as....Padstow Ground Floor Apartment with parking. If our ground floor property is unoccupied during the period of your visit we always allow you to use that space but we cannot guarantee availability. When parking we politely ask that guests respectfully consider local residents and avoid blocking access to driveways. If off road/street parking is important to you, for a reasonable charge you can use a nearby neighbours parking space. Please contact us if you would like to take advantage of this opportunity.
