The apartment is independent, located on the ground floor of a Provençal house on a large enclosed, secure and wooded plot with Mediterranean-type vegetation. The space It offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay, including: • A bright and welcoming living room with a sofa, coffee table and dining table, and a large-screen TV. • A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, Nespresso/Senseo coffee machines/filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. • A lovely first bedroom with a queen-size bed. • A second bedroom, designed as a cozy and spacious haven (without an exterior window but very comfortable), ideal for peaceful nights with its two single beds (90 cm). • A bathroom with a large shower and toilet. • A large terrace (27 m²) equipped with a barbecue, a garden table and chairs, and a large parasol. Towels and linens are provided. You have access to the private swimming pool (10m x 5m) from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM. It is secured to current safety standards and features sun loungers, parasols, and a solar shower. A parking space is allocated to you within the property. The owners live in the main house. While discreet, they remain available should you have any questions. Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM (flexible with prior agreement).
