Landes half-timbered house in the heart of the village

We are a Franco-Spanish couple and we are renting out our house for the holidays. We live there year-round with our two little girls aged 7 and 9. It is an old listed Landes half-timbered house, rebuilt identically in 2015. It is located in the heart of the village, in a quiet and wooded environment. Shops, bike paths (the beach is 6 km through the forest), children's park, skatepark and hiking trails are nearby. The space On the ground floor, there is a living room - dining room with open kitchen and fireplace insert, overlooking a 40 m2 wooden terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, automatic coffee machine, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A barbecue is available in the garden. Bedroom 1 overlooks the terrace. In the bathroom, there is a walk-in shower and toilet.
