The space This comfy room includes a queen-sized bed, a Keurig for in-room beverages, a mini-fridge/freezer and microwave for basic food prep, and a desktop workspace with access to fast Wi-Fi so you can be at your most productive, all right in your room! Just a short walk down the hall is the entertainment room which includes a 75" 4K HDR TV with access to live cable TV, Netflix, Disney+, YouTube and more! Guest access Guests will have access to their private room, shared bathroom, entertainment room, and the Celebrate Tulsa guide. Guests now also have access to the washer/dryer in the garage with a pre-scheduled session. There is no full kitchen included with this listing. During your stay I’m there when you need me and not when you don’t. I’m never more than a text or phone call away. Please don’t hesitate to reach out anytime if there’s anything I can do to make your stay better! :) Other things to note ∙ All shared amenities, including parking (both driveway and street), electric vehicle charging, and washer/dryer access, are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Washer/dryer use requires an advance reservation. If your stay is only one night and you wish to use the laundry facilities, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your arrival to schedule a session. Without an advance reservation, laundry access cannot be guaranteed. ∙ If you are bringing an electric vehicle, you must message us immediately after booking to let us know the connector type you need (J1772 or Tesla). This allows us to prepare the correct charger in advance. Failure to notify us may result in the charger not being available upon your arrival. ∙ For the safety of all guests, surveillance cameras are in use both inside and outside the property. The only indoor camera is located in the entryway and monitors only the entryway. No cameras are placed in any private living or sleeping areas. ∙ A lost key fee of $35 will be charged to your reservation if the room key is not left inside the room at checkout. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy. ∙ Any items left behind that require return shipping will incur a flat $30 handling fee plus the actual cost of shipping. These charges will be billed to the guest before the item is shipped. ∙ This is a strictly no smoking property, as stated in the house rules. Smoking and vaping are prohibited everywhere on the premises, both indoors and outdoors. This policy also covers any item, substance, or practice that produces airborne particulate matter or results in a detectable smoke odor inside the property, regardless of whether smoking occurred directly inside or outside the listing. If you smoke regularly, or if any personal item, habit, or practice you engage in could produce airborne particulate matter or a smoke odor within the property, we strongly recommend booking a listing that explicitly permits smoking. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and/or penalties as outlined by Airbnb. ∙ Complimentary EV charging is provided for guests and is intended exclusively for typical personal use, such as daily commuting and travel during your stay. This benefit is offered under the condition that the vehicle is used solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. If we determine or reasonably suspect that the vehicle is being used for commercial activities, including but not limited to rideshare driving, delivery services, or any other business-related purpose, or if electricity consumption exceeds normal personal use patterns, we reserve the right to discontinue complimentary charging immediately and without prior notice. If you plan to use your vehicle for commercial purposes or anticipate above-average charging needs, please contact us before or during your stay to arrange a daily rate.
