Middleton House Maleny is a beautiful two storey country house set on 1 acre of formal gardens in the breathtaking Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Just 10 minutes’ drive north of Maleny and 25 minutes’ drive to Montville it is a short scenic drive to fabulous boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants and coffee houses. No weddings, parties or events are permitted here. The house features four master bedrooms each with ensuite. The space The house features four master bedrooms all with ensuite Bedroom 1 (Sapphire Room) - downstairs - 2 single beds that can be joined to make a king bed , private veranda, reverse cycle air conditioning and TV - ensuite with double shower. Bedroom 2 - (Ruby Room) upstairs - 1 queen bed, private veranda, reverse cycle air conditioning and TV - ensuite with claw foot bath & overhead shower. Bedroom 3 - (Master Suite) upstairs - 1 king bed that can be separated to 2 single beds and 1 single bed, private veranda, reverse cycle air conditioning, smart TV, 2 seater and 3 seater sofa - ensuite with spa bath & overhead shower. Bedroom 4 - (Jade Room) downstairs - 1 queen bed, reverse cycle air conditioning- with ensuite shower. The house has a cosy lounge room with a log burning fireplace, great for gathering around on cold wintery days and nights. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner that services the kitchen and lounge room. The fully equipped country style kitchen has 2 stoves, microwave oven and a dishwasher. An adjoining dining room has reverse cycle air conditioning plus a sheltered verandah with bistro blinds has a BBQ and is great for entertaining. Maleny has many boutique shops and restaurants for family and friends to explore for a lovely escape to the country. The 1 acre lawn and yard is fully fenced so you may bring along your four legged friend with prior approval. Only the guests booked to stay are permitted on the property. An exemption is made for service industries such as hairdressers, photographers, make up artists etc with prior approval. An on-site caretaker who lives in a small detached cottage on the property is available to assist with any inquiries during your stay. Guest access The guests have the full use of the house.
