The Tree House

The Tree House is a lovely detached property that has recently been converted. It has a cosy welcoming feel to it, positioned in a wonderful location in the North Yorkshire Moors in the peaceful, tranquil village of Grosmont. Outside the property is an ajoining decking area which has spectacular views over the moors and the local steam railway. A paradise for walkers and train lovers, perfect for relaxing and unwinding on a summers evening. There are ducks and chickens on the driveway. The space The property has an open plan living room, dinning and kitchen. With a bathroom downstairs with bath and shower. Upstairs comprises of a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom with enclosed shower. Its sleeps 2/4 with a double sofa bed un the open plan room downstairs. Guest access Guests get usage of the whole property and sole use of, a parking space on private driveway, decking area with table and chairs, lawned garden for dogs to run around in. Fully enclosed garden. Other things to note Arrival is after 3pm and departure us by 11am. The accommodation is dog friendly.
