🌊 Unbeatable Location: Our house is located just 200 meters from the splendid beach of San Salvo Marina. Enjoy both the free, spacious and never overcrowded beach, even in high season, and the comfortable private establishments. The beach is easily accessible via a convenient ramp. 👶 Perfect for Families: The sea, protected by breakwaters, has a shallow seabed ideal for children, including newborns. The beach offers a Lifeguard service The space 🏠 Modern and Comfortable Apartment: Located in a private residence, our 50 m² house has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished. It has a balcony with sea view, two bedrooms (one double and one with a bunk bed), a bathroom and a kitchen with an open space lounge. Please note that the lift is located on the first floor and requires climbing some stairs to access it. 🍳 New and Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is completely new and equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals with ease. Guest access 🚗 Parking: Inside the residence parking is free but not numbered. On weekends, there may not be a parking space available inside, but it is possible to park on the adjacent public road for a fee. 🛗 Elevator: The elevator is on the first floor accessible by a flight of stairs Other things to note ♻️ Separate waste collection: Separate waste collection is located outside the residence, along the main road, and is accessible from 7pm to 10pm. 🔧 Renovation Work: For the year 2024, renovation work is underway in the building in front of our residence, which could cause construction noise at certain times.
