Lovely house on the water

In July & August, per week! Our unique house is on a headland with water on 2 sides. Centrally located between Amsterdam and Utrecht. Nearby are marinas and recreational homes. From the road, you walk to the ferry, with which you sail to the cottage yourself. The house is only accessible by raft/boat. The house has a garden, wooden scaffolding and seats. Inside, the house is equipped with all comforts: there is floor heating, air conditioning and WiFi. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 2nd toilet and bathroom. The space A wonderfully comfortable house with lots of windows and light. Wonderfully located on the waterfront. Unique place with lots of water sports opportunities. Guest access The house and garden are accessible and of course the water is right at the door. Other things to note The cottage is on two sides of the water. That makes it a beautiful, free place - but it is less suitable for small children without a swimming certificate. From the road, you walk a short distance to the ferry. With this electric ferry you can sail about 50 metres to the other side, towards the cottage. The house is therefore not accessible on foot; the ferry is only intended for crossing (not for longer trips). Would you like to explore the area further from the water?
