Pet-friendly + near beaches/boating/hiking,ROOM #2

This is a pet- friendly rental in a safe community. My townhouse is close to the beach, restaurants/bars, highways, airport, and many OC attractions such as Disneyland and others. Easy self check in. Please review the house rules, guide books and feel free to ask any questions. :-) The space ROOM: The private bedroom is upstairs and has a queen bed, desk, chair, dresser, ceiling fan, dimmer lighting, air purifier, closet and hangers. It also includes a pet amenities box with bowls, blankets and more. See photos for details. HOUSE: This is not an empty house, I live here with my two large dogs. The bathroom is shared with one other bedroom (also on Airbnb). If the other room isn't rented, then you would have the bathroom to yourself. There is a half bathroom downstairs you can use as well. Other common areas are also available to use: kitchen, dining, living room, etc. A Keurig coffee machine is stocked with a variety of Kcups and available for you to use. Laundry machines (additional fee) are available for guests as well. YARD: There is a quiet, relaxing garden, with lemon, lime, fig, guava and grapefruit trees. You are welcome to help yourself to fruit. Fully fenced yard. Guest access CHECK IN: Very easy self check in with a keypad! I will provide you with a numeric access code prior to your arrival. You MUST be comfortable using the AirBnb app, communications and the step by step check in are managed entirely on the AirBnb app. PARKING: As you'll see in photos, my townhouse does not have a driveway. Parking is easily available in the neighborhood (you can use any open space), or on the street. Large vehicles such as boats, trailers cannot be accommodated. Guests will not have access to park in my garage. I provide more info on all this after booking, including clear step by step check in instructions in the app. Feel free to ask questions. During your stay This is not an empty house. I live in here with my dogs, and rent out the other two bedrooms. I am not always home when a guest arrives, you MUST be comfortable using the AirBnb app on your phone. The step by step check in is managed entirely on the AirBnb app. I'll be available to answer questions about the area or help with anything. I am very responsive to AirBnb messages, calls/texts. Other things to note ADDITIONAL FEES: - Onsite laundry - Early check in and late check out: Must be requested in advance. I can't always accommodate but will try. - More than two guests in the room
