Warm family home on two levels with 3 bedrooms and a garden. Can easily accomodate 5 people in a calm and green setting only 3 minutes from metro line 9 and two stops from Paris ! Can easily accomodate 5 people in a calm and green setting only 3 minutes from metro line 9 and two stops from Paris ! The high-speed wifi and the bedrooms desks offer good conditions for online work in the two downstairs bedrooms. On the front of the house a small garden with roses and plants ,on the back a nice deck and a garden of around 70 m, surounded by neighbouring gardens. You can have your meals at the garden table under our trees and drink cofee in our deckchairs. On the main floor (elevated ground floor) a big room with on east side an open kitchen overlooking back deck and private garden , a bedroom with queen size bed looking on the garden, on the West front side a dining space and a living room. On lower floor one bedroom with a double bed and spacious desk, one other bedroom with a single bed and a big desk, one laundry room , one bathroom wiht tub (total heighth of 1.80 m) and one separate toilet with a sink. Please note that we have a higher floor as well, with a fully independent entrance, that is reserved for the owner's use and inaccessible to guests. Please specify in your message that you have read the description of the house, and in particular the bathroom, which may be unsuitable for taller people. We apologize for the inconvenience but prefer to inform you in advance! The neighborhood is very quiet and there's very little traffic on our street. We're also fortunate to have many shops close to home, including supermarkets, organic grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, a great independent cinema, etc. And don't miss Parc des Guilands, just 100 m away! Guest access All the rooms of the house are open to our guests and the separate top floor above the main floor is reserved for owner's use. Access is fully separate. Other things to note We have an alarm system to ensure the security of the house, as in most stand-alone houses around town. Although its use is encouraged to minimize the risk of forgetting to lock the door, as the house has three entrances, two of which are for tenants (front and back gardens), tenants are free to choose to use the alarm or not. We of course explain how the alarm works when tenants arrive at the house.
