Our accommodation is located a 3-minute walk from Exit 3 of Busan University Subway Station. The room is really convenient and cozy to stay alone. It is equipped with all the necessary supplies for living, such as a microwave, induction, and electric kettle, so it is also good for consecutive stays. And there is a veranda, so it is well ventilated and comfortable. There are delicious restaurants and convenience stores around the accommodation, so you can eat comfortably. Our house is a 3-minute walk from Pusan National University subway station. It is convenient to have marts, restaurants, and shops around the house. I respect the privacy of the guest and can help if needed. Come to my house and make good memories. The space This accommodation is for 1 person with only a single bed. Visits from friends are allowed, but they cannot sleep together, so please note when booking. Other things to note 1. Check-in time is available from 15: 00 until 21: 00, and please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance so that we can provide you with your password in time for self check-in. 2. It is an electric water heater system. Hot water can be used for about 10 minutes, and hot water can be used again after a certain period of time. 3. It is a night electric heating method. Heating works from 11pm to 9am and stays warm until the next day. 4. Since it is a studio room for college students, please use it for travel, business trips, school exams, etc.(No parties, drinking with friends, etc. are allowed in the property. Please note that you may be evicted immediately if a complaint occurs.) 5.
