I'm The space This is an antique structure made from teak wood that has been restored and modernized with all the western amenities. With its amazing architecture, antique furniture, magical ambiance and lush garden with pool. Balian Beach Villa is a space that often our guests never want to leave! It's the perfect accommodation in Balian for a family, group of friends, or even just a couple that wants to have a romantic holiday! Its located in a very private setting and its less than a 2 minute walk to the beach, surf break, and restaurants. It has two proper bedrooms with double beds, Aircon and fans, plus 2 loft rooms with fans. One loft room has a double bed and the other has a single bed.! The Balian River is the cleanest river in Bali and its an amazing place to swim and relax. Best time of year for the Balian River is March - Nov for swimming. Its also a great place for kids to play and build things with some of the drift wood and bamboo you'll find laying around. You are renting a private villa with a private swimming pool Other things to note There are 2 ATMs in Balian, and sometimes they don't work. The closest ATM's after the 2 in Balian are 30 minutes away in the town of Tabanan. So come prepared with cash in local currency. We do have a money changer in Balian as of January 2019. There are a few basic stores in Balian where you can buy fruits and veggies and some other basic items. Best is to do some shopping in Kuta or Seminyak as you will have more of a selection there.
