Ancestral house located in St-Juste du Lac, by Lake Témiscouata. Peaceful place, surrounded by nature near the Témiscouata National Park (SEPAQ) for sports activities and walking in the forest. Large grounds and private access to the lake by a nice path to the terrace and for swimming. Camp Fire. BBQ. Wonderful sunset at aperitif time! Le Petit Témis bike path along the lake accessible from the ferry to Notre-Dame du Lac. The space It is a century-old heritage country house, very well maintained and has kept all its character of old country house leaving you in an atmosphere of yesteryear. On the ground floor a large equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom (a large bath, but no shower) and a closed bedroom with double bed. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with double bed and a large bright room ideal for making an extra workspace or bedroom. Washer and dryer available. Guest access This house contains period furniture and a cable TV receiving 1 set:-) In addition, the land is large, on a point for a breathtaking view, and goes down to the lake. To get there, a small path takes us downstairs either to a beautiful wooden terrace or on the shore. The shore of the lake is wild and water is free of algae.
