Your fully functional home is just far enough of the beaten path to make you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere even though town is just 10 minutes away. Enjoy almost an acre of land that backs up to Pike National forest. This will provide you with breathtaking views and frequent visiting wildlife. This is a 4 bed-2.5 bath that is perfect for a family vacation or weekend getaway for 2! Ask about seasonal-outdoor activities The space The home has two separate decks that are great for entertaining or mountain/star gazing. The house comes fully equipped with internet and streaming availability. There is a 75 inch television in the living room for your viewing pleasure and multiple TVs throughout the house for different viewing areas. A fully functioning kitchen gives you the option to cook meals at the house if wanted. There is an office work space (with a great view of an aspen grove) for anyone that may need to get work done on their visit. Enjoy the Wood-burning fireplace for anyone who enjoys making their own. There is forced-air heat throughout the home along with two space-heater if needed during the winter months. The home is on just under an acre of land, however it backs up right to Pike Nation Forest which means there isn't any neighbors for miles in that direction. The few neighbors that are near by can only be seen if you are looking for them through the trees. You will be mostly secluded in this peaceful neighborhood! The home sleeps 9 comfortably in beds but could accommodate more if needed. Enjoy the Master bedroom that is equipped with a King Size purple mattress. Guest access The whole property will be yours and yours alone! Other things to note During winter months, 4 Wheel-Drive/AWD could be necessary on the mountain roads leading into the neighborhood.
