It is located in the area called "La Paharilla", with east-south-west orientation, and has views of the whole village and the "sierra de en medio", which gives shelter to this quiet municipality of white houses and narrow streets. It is a house with two floors and a large patio with garden, ideal for family or friends, enjoying the unbeatable views and tranquility that gives the enclave in which it is located. It is surrounded by pine trees and nature, but a 1-minute walk from the town hall square, a meeting place for the inhabitants of the town at patron saint festivals and local events. In addition, it has a covered garage with capacity for two parking spaces equipped also to be able to do some sports on the weight bench or playing ping pong. Inside, it has kitchen, living room, laundry room, pantry and a spacious lobby that gives access to the second floor. In addition, it has four bedrooms (three double beds and one room with two single beds) and three bathrooms, one of them attached to the main room and a separate library/studio available to our guests.
