Great location less than 200 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the night market. Condo is on the same floor as the swimming pool. On the 4th floor. We know there are cheaper apartments out there but some are a long way from the beach. The space Very nicely finished quite condo located very close to the beach. Total of 28 square meters with small balcony (large enough to stand but there are no tables or chairs). Very centrally located restaurants & shops just downstairs. Between two main roads so very easy to get a taxi. There are some apartments that are cheaper but their location is not as central as ours. You really get what you pay for. The cheaper the apartment the further out of town it is. Our apartment is very central. Very close to the beach! ****This is not the HILTON**** This is my private condo, it is a bit better than basic and if I gave it a hotel rating it would be a good 2 star. I now live in Australia but I do have my condo well maintained. I welcome all guests into my condo. Guest access Swimming Pool and Reception Area. Other things to note Electricity is charged at THB6 per unit Water is THB45 per unit Weekly internet is THB300 Reception open 7 days a week 8-00am until 5-00pm Please note there is wifi however as it is shared with everyone in the condo it is slow and unreliable we recommend a One2Call Unlimited SIM from 7/11 or Family Mart. We do not use the wifi ourselves when we stay in the condo.
