Great room in a friendly and relaxed household. Some great bars and restaurants within easy reach and central London a short tube ride away. The space A comfy fully-furnished room to rent in a spacious three-bedroom house in the heart of Wanstead. The room has a window which overlooks the garden. A five minute walk to Wanstead or Snaresbrook tube stations. Both on the central line and approx 20mins by tube to Central London. Friendly and welcoming owners. Located in a quiet side street just off of the green, the loft double bedroom overlooks the quiet garden at the top of the house. The bedroom is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and small set of drawers. Full use of the kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Free WiFi is available throughout the house. Lots of other amenities close by, including shops, bars and restaurants. The house is located near to Epping Forest and green parks. Bed linen and towels will also be provided. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the house but outside in the garden is fine. Parking is available for £1 per day apart from weekends when its free. As the public transport is so good maybe using a car in the city is more trouble than its worth. We have a very friendly cat called Gusty who sleeps downstairs and who mainly sleeps or is out exploring. Guest access Guests will have access to all the kitchen with space in the fridge freezer, cupboard and access to utensils. There is also wifi access. During your stay We work during the day but enjoy spending time with guests in the evening should they wish, and will mostly be present during guests stay though not always
