Beautiful seaside maisonette in Agia Fotia beach

Two storey fully equipped and renovated maisonette right on one of the most beautiful and popular beaches of the island of Chios, the beach of Agia Fotia. It is ideal for families and groups of up to 7 people. It features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a modern well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, spacious living areas and comfortable balconies to enjoy the wonderful and unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea and the coastline of Asia Minor. The space The house is a modern, fully equipped 2-storey seaside residence right on the beach of Agia Fotia. It consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom and has a comfortable double bed and a large balcony overlooking the sea. The other bedrooms have a semi-double bed in each one, where one adult or two little children sleep comfortably. All bedrooms have air conditioning and large wardrobes for storing your personal belongings. The house also has 2 spacious bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. In addition, the rest of the house consists of a spacious air-conditioned living room with TV and fireplace, which is located in an open space with a large, fully equipped kitchen and offers outstanding views to the Aegean Sea. In the living room there is a large sofa-bed which sleeps 2 persons, together with another single sofa where another person can sleep, too. The living room with the kitchen, one single bedroom and the large (bathtub) bathroom are located on the 1st floor of the house (2nd floor of the building). On the 2nd floor (3rd of the building), respectively, one can find the master and the other single bedroom, as well as the bathroom with the shower. The big advantage of the house, of course, is the view of the Aegean Sea and the coast of Asia Minor, which you can enjoy unobstructed from the two large balconies of the house, one on each floor. On the 1st floor balcony you can enjoy your meal in the comfortable dining table while on the 2nd floor balcony you can enjoy beautiful moments of relaxation with a refreshing drink in the comfortable sun beds. Guest access The guests have full access to all the places of the house, together with the outside public spaces of the building. Other things to note - Check in time is after 15:00 and check out time is before 11:00. However, depending on availability and of course upon request, the check in/check out time is flexible. - Upon request, you can of course leave your baggage in the property before your check in or after your check out. - Pets are generally not allowed in the house.
