awesome avondale apartment w/yard - paws welcome!

Cute 2.5 bedroom apartment in North Avondale that is pup friendly - this is an entire apartment, not shared rooms ❤️ Nice back (shared) yard to lounge in and a fun, tropical setting to relax in at the end of day after exploring Chicago. Close to Addison bus line and 20 min walk to the Addison blue line. Close to the highway with a beautiful park a block away. Walking distance to really great eateries including Cuban, Thai and American/Bars! The space Please, no loud stomping or noises after 11 pm, the floor is the ceiling of the downstairs neighbors. Traveling with a pet? 🐾 If traveling with a dog, please do not use backyard for their relief. This is a shared yard with other tenants and it ruins the grass. Please walk pup (quiet and calm neighborhood with Park a block away) and only allow dog to play in yard if necessary, however NEVER unattended. If dog does use the bathroom in the back yard, please pick up immediately and dispose through back gate (dumpsters). If your dog is not friendly with strangers, do not use the back yard as my neighbors are often outside and issues with any type of interaction should be avoided. If pup has a tendency to bark or whine, please keep them secluded in back portion of house, in kitchen with dividing door closed. My personal dogs are well behaved and do not make noise so I would like to keep this up with visiting dogs as not to disturb the neighbors. Any destruction, accidents, etc will be charged accordingly. If pup receives multiple complaints regarding noise, reservation is subject to early termination as this is my home and I don’t want issues with my landlord or neighbors. Sheets/towels/crate can be provided :) Please have pup UTD on shots and tick/flea preventative. If you have any questions regarding pup-stays, please let me know! Guest access Washer and dryer is one floor below in basement and available for long term guests as it is shared with upstairs tenant. Please chat with me before using the W/D. Other things to note *public transit info* 1. The MD-N metra (Grayland stop) only runs every 30-60 min depending on time of day and is about an 8 min walk. This has limited stops and is more for commuters so more frequency around work times. 2. There’s two bus stops a 3-5 min walk (lines 152 and 56). These run frequently as Addison Ave and Milwaukee Ave are very busy, long and active corridors! 3. There are two blue “el” stops, like the subway/metro 20ish mins away - one is Irving Park (which is a *beautiful walk* through one of the prettiest neighborhoods and you pass more restaurants and a very good coffee shop (backlot) or the Addison stop which is just straight down the street type of walk! I have lots of great info on things to do for free or cheap in Chicago because my motto is - if it's free, it's for me! I am incredibly active within the community and am involved in a lot of different organizations, etc. I’m the go to person if you want to know what’s going on or what to do - I like to stay educated and experience all the city has to offer as much as possible!
