Timber floors, house is modern and newly painted inside and outside in 2017. Three large bathrooms each with large power showers, and 4 spacious bedrooms. Part of the Star Wars film “ The Forcd Awakens’ was filmed at Skellig Michael, a UNESCO world heritage site off the coast of Kerry (the house is just minutes from the pier for trips to Skellig Michael. South facing with amazing sea, bay and mountain views, etc, and short walk to local village. Front and back garden in grass, private with gate and stone wall at front and sides and large park area in front. Stone Shed at back plus patio area. Herb garden - with parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme! Modern oil fired central heating system making the house suitable for use throughout the winter and spring months, plus open fire in living room with some bog turf provided. Separate Multi-purpose garage (20x15) at back of house with glass patio doors - can be used as playhouse for children, games room for teenagers, work studio, artists retreat, storage (has water and electrical supply). Surf boards, BBQ, garden furniture, buckets & spades,toys, etc, provided. Traditional stone built play house, plus walled in stone patio feature with outdoor fireplace in back garden - so so nice!! Gas Barbeque for amazing outdoor cooking. Guest access DOWNSTAIRS: a) Large Living Room with 48 inch flat screen Television, DVD Player, comfortable new leather couches/sofa, Open stone Fireplace with bog turf, etc. Piano for a good sing-song, practice or just relaxation, etc...plus many Board games, and selection of books for all ages including children. b)) Large modern Kitchen with all new kitchen appliances, table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven, job, and cloths dryer. c)) Very spacious bright Sun-Room primarily used as dining room with large table and chairs. d) Very large bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed - South facing. e) Spacious luxurious bathroom with bath, double shower, etc. UPSTAIRS: a) 1 spacious Master Bedroom newly furnished, South facing with magnificent sea, bay and mountain views plus large and luxurious En-suite bathroom, 40 inch TV in Bedroom; and additional spare for single bed provided if necessary. b) 1 large 'Pirates Den' bedroom with Bunk Beds plus one single beds fully furnished and South facing with amazing views. c) One cosy twin bedroom all newly furnished. d) Cot also provided e) Spacious tiled bathroom with power shower.
