This quaint and newly renovated home is located in Logan Heights, a San Diego neighborhood that is at its peak of being the newest upcoming place to be! My wife is an superhosts & we have AirBnB Plus in Golden Hill. We are 5-10 minutes from the airport, Gaslamp, Balboa park, North Park, Little Italy, Old Town, La Jolla (20 mins), South Park and Golden Hill. Naval base 32nd St. is only 2 mins away! Please read “Things to Note” BEFORE BOOKING. The space The renovate modern home is perfect for 2 people. There’s a patio to hang out and enjoy the San Diego sun! You will wake up in San Diego in a brand new home with a new bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms. The decor is contemporary boho that creates a calm environment to relax after exploring San Diego! Guest access There is a car port that can fit a very small economy rental or car. We do not provide cable TV. We only have streaming services like Hulu. Other things to note PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING: If you do not like upcoming areas that are still being developed - we please ask that you do not book. Logan Heights is a special place and it still has a few years to be completely gentrified. With any neighborhood near downtown, there is graffiti and homeless people. We do not have many here but you may see some on your trip. We are the first home in an alley located near a city property that gets graffiti all the time. We do have a ring camera located on the outside of the home. House Rules Check-in is at 3PM - we do provide luggage drop off if you arrive early. Check out by 11AM Security deposit of $300 is NOT taken in advance. This is only taken if a claim is made. No smoking NO PETS AT ALL - Not suitable for pets No parties or events We reserve the rights to charge you penalties for the following damaging scenarios to us: 1. Smoking/weed smoking inside house 2. Late checkout 3. Broken or Stolen Items 4. Stains on furniture or bedding that cannot be removed 5. Excessive mess 6. Party- no organized parties that will disturb the whole neighborhood- and create extra cleaning 7. Noise complaints after 10PM on weekdays, and weekends 12AM (The unit next door is also for AirBnB) 8. Stains on linens or towel (especially with makeup since makeup wipes are provided) If we have to clean up your vomit, we will charge you (as damages, even if it cleans off the surfaces) for the security deposit. These are the consequences for your indiscretions. For legal reasons, this is our disclaimer that we are not liable for any accidents that could happen with any baby and toddler products provided or used in this short term rental. Guests are in charge of inspecting and using baby and toddler products at their own risk.
