Private cabin on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Relax, swim or fish from the dock, enjoy a cocktail and a gorgeous sunset! We now have 2 kayaks available for rent. 25/day per kayak. You can pay if/when you use them. Just please give us a heads up. Life jackets for your use on the dock. Please note we do not rent kayaks if water temp. is below 65F. We are fairly close to The Loop 2 and LOTO parks. We now offer a hot tub. PLEASE READ INFO ON SPA AND OFF ROAD PARKS UNDER 'OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE' The space One bedroom, one bath cabin with fully equipped kitchen right on the water. Swim or fish from the dock. Guest access Enjoy the cabin and full use of the dock and martini deck. Other things to note Our cabin is a bit off the beaten trail. Considered remote by some (we like it that way!) The closest store (Dollar General) Is 14 miles away. Osage Beach is 24 miles. Enjoy the peace and quiet.... There is 1/3 of a mile of gravel road to the cabin and driveway is considered steep by some... You will need to be able to do steps. There are a total of 34 steps (not all simultaneous) to get from parking area to cabin. We have a dog which may prevent service animals from performing their duties as the cabin has a shared yard space. Our dog, "Curly", loves people, but he is not super fond of other dogs. We also require children 12 and under to wear a life jacket anytime they are on the dock or shoreline. NO EXCEPTIONS! We do have a variety of life jackets if you do not have one for your child. Or, if you would like one for yourself. Please give us your child's weight so we can have a life vest avaialable prior to arrival. Please note: 1) We do not allow 3rd party bookings. If you book it you must be present. 2) Only the number of guests on reservation are allowed on property. No parties. No daytime/extra overnight visitors! ONLY number of guests on reservation. If guest number exceeds indicated guests on reservation you will be asked to leave with NO refund. 3) Late check out without permission will result in $50.00 per half hour. OFF ROAD PARKS: We are 10 miles from entrance to The Loop 2 and 6 miles from LOTO off road. We have parking for 1 trailer no longer than 22'. HOT TUB: We are now offering a hot tub. Please read the following and message us that you have read and understood hot tub info.... The hot tub is located off the side of our primary residence. We do NOT look at you while you're using the tub and there are no cameras in this area. NO children under 14 allowed in tub. Please wear swimsuits while using the spa. Hours of use are 6 a.m. til midnight from Sept. til May. Unless there is an unusual cold snap. Maximum guests allowed in tub are 4. It is much more comfortable with 3 or less. Please do not allow bodily fluids, drinks , bubble bath, bath salts or oils to enter the hot tub. There are lights along the railings and steps going to the tub. There is also a lantern in the closet of the cabin if you need more light. There are beach towels for your use under bathroom vanity. We leave the temp set on 100F. It take about 20 min. to raise temp. 1 degree. So, if you want it warmer please make adjustments. Tub only goes to 104F. When you have finished using, please set temp. back to 100. Hit the jet button twice for best movement of water. The round knobs on of sides adjust flow pattern. There is a light button to turn on tub lights. To use, unsnap both latches and pull cover over. It will not fall off there is an arm to hold it. When you're through using please re-latch the snaps. You do not need to turn off tub lights or jets. They go off automatically after 2 hrs. We try our best to keep the spa sparkling clean and appreciate your help with this. If you notice it needs attention please let us know asap.
