Recently refurbished self-contained annexe on a small holding between the villages of Middleton Tyas and Barton. One mile from Scotch Corner, six miles from Richmond and Darlington. With its own entrance, it comprises a spacious open plan sitting/dining/ kitchen area and ensuite bedroom. Sleeps two adults in a king- sized bed. The space The recently refurbished, self catered apartment is an annexe attached to the side of our family home and is accessed by its own entrance up 8 steps. It has private parking and two outdoor seating / bbq areas. The accommodation is all on one level with views over the garden, vegetable garden and our free range hens and ryeland sheep. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting areas along with two sofas, a flat screen TV, DVD player, Bluetooth music system and Wi-fi with a cosy log burning stove. The bedroom has a king sized bed, wardrobe, dressing table and comfy chair. The ensuite has a large walk-in shower and towels are provided. The apartment is also equipped with a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The accommodation is only suitable for two adults and we do not accept pets. Guest access The annexe is private and not overlooked. Guests have their own parking, entrance and outdoor space.
