Picture window with wonderful view of Organ Mountains. Compact kitchen, Serta PillowTop queen size bed, full bathroom, LED lighting, cooled/heated by modern heat pump, Wi-Fi Internet. Pool access in season (usually April-October). Hike/bike from doorstep. Pet-friendly, see House Rules for details/cost. The space The shipping container has beautiful views in nearly every direction. Peaceful property situated on 5-acres at the end of a cul-de-sac, bordering thousands of acres of natural desert. This tastefully decorated residence is the perfect place to relax. It has a new Serta PillowTop queen size mattress /boxspring bed, LED lighting, and a compact Ikea kitchen (refrigerator, cook plate, microwave, sink & coffee maker with coffee/filters provided). Wifi Internet access available. Bathroom includes a full-size bathtub/shower, vanity/sink and toilet. A 10-foot wide patio door faces the salt water swimming pool. (The salinity of the pool is about 10% of that of the ocean.) On the south side is a 5-foot wide patio door. Table and patio chairs in landscaped area near pool. Shared pool access available in season (usually April-October), by arrangement. (Hosts usually provide a very brief pool safety and pool cover operation demonstration.) Also includes an outside hot shower adjacent to pool. Enjoy scenic views from inside/outside or hike/mountain bike from your doorstep! Guest access Private off-street parking is immediately adjacent to shipping container. Other things to note - Pets: One or 2 well-behaved dogs or cats are welcome. Airbnb automatically adds the $40/stay pet fee if any pets are included in the guest count when reserving. If pets are not included in the guest count, guests may leave cash when checking out or we can alter the reservation to include pet fees. Please let us know your preference. We request that un-crated pets not be left unaccompanied in the apartment and that owners pickup after their pets. Thanks! - Pool is 4 - 4.5 feet deep (1.2 meters) throughout. No diving, please.
