A quiet room that comfortably accommodates 4 guests with 200sqft space. It has 1 Queen bed and 2 Single beds. The room has an attached bathroom equipped with water heater. Also the room is air-conditioned and with ceiling fan. There is a set of table and chairs that sits 4 in the room. No TV. Free wifi is provided. This room is located at 2nd Floor in a 3 storey semi-detached house. You will need to climb 16 steps of stairs to access to the room. The space The Baker's House is a 3 storey semi-detached house, located in a gated guarded residential area, about 20 minutes drive to Georgetown. The house has 5 rooms in total but only 4 bedrooms are for renting purpose and this room is one of it. This room is located at 2nd floor. You need to climb 32 steps of stairs to reach the room. Following are provided during your stay: -towel -shampoo -body shampoo -toothpaste only, no toothbrush -toilet paper -hairdryer -wire extension -kettle -drinking water (can refill at ground floor) -iron (shared) -free wifi Guest access You can access to your own room and Ground Floor shared dining & living area only. No entry to other rooms and kitchen. Dining area Shared dining area at Ground Floor. You can have your food and drink at the dining area. Please wash your dishes and clean up after use. There is a microwave that you can use to heat up your food. Drinking water can be refilled here as well. There is a small fridge shared between guests. Kitchen No entry and kitchen is not available for use. At ground floor, house owner occupy the room & kitchen for baking cakes, then supply the cakes to cafe. In daytime, you will see him busy baking cakes in the kitchen. He has a special menu for direct customer, but with 3days preorder condition. Hence, please let me know in advance if you are interested to purchase the cake. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire property. You can smoke outside of the house. Parking Space Only 1 parking space available for guest at car porch, first come first serve basis. You can also park along the road side, but not to block the neighbour's entrance. During your stay I'm not staying in the house, but i will come to meet you for check in & check out. Do let me know your estimated arriving time so that i can attend to you in time.
