Your Home Away From Home!

I’m Stacy, I just turned 44! Home w/ open living room/dining/kitchen area, washer/dryer. Room is furnished w/ a bed, dresser, tv, (camping cot (+price/person) for 3rd person). Plenty of parking. Excellent location w/ access 52/5/805 & bus stops. 10 mins drive to beach, 15 to Downtown, 15 to Del Mar. Home is clean, you maintain personal items in common area. Interested in mature people who keep home to a low rumble (no partiers!). We have jobs & classes which keep us busy! Drug & smoke free! The space The location is fantastic! In general, San Diego is best visited with a car. The home is 10 mins from the beach, 15 mins from downtown, 10 mins from La Jolla Shores, close to the freeways 52/5/805. There is a shopping center 5 mins drive with groceries, a movie theater, clothing, food, hardware store, dollar store and so much more! Great central coastal location with easy access to all over San Diego! Guest access As long as you put things back to original location you are more than welcome to use the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, etc. I ask that you wash and dry all kitchen supplies to maintain a clean space and respect other house guests needs. :) During your stay Please ask any questions you may have! I drove for Lyft previously and currently have a personal driving business for private clients, if you would like a ride I’d be more than happy to help you when I am free!! I love meeting new people and having guests! I have so many dear friends around the world whom I met through opening up my home to students, professionals, and travelers! I am originally from Los Angeles and have lived in San Diego for 20 years. Cheers! Because we have sever allergies to both smoking and animals in this home it is important that guests who book do not smoke in or outside the home and do not bring pets or service animals. I ask that if you smoke anything to please book a different location all together. Thank you. Other things to note House has skylights in the living room and bathroom as well as many windows using natural daylight for an eco-friendly home. We also recycle and compost! When entering the property there is a ring doorbell at the front door which has a camera outside the property. It helps notify me when you arrive and when packages are here. There are 2nd and 3rd cameras in the back and side of the home that notifies me in case there is unwanted intruders as I want to maintain a safe property. This home host a smoke free environment so I ask that you only book if you don’t smoke anything at all (cigarettes, marijuana, vape, etc). People in this home are sensitive to smoke on clothing as well as luggage, etc so it would be best if you find a home that is not sensitive to it. Thank you. Registration Details STR-00411L, 636101
