Hi, from time to time i rent 1 room (10 square menter) in in my apartment located in the 'Leidseplein' area. The museums are at walking distance and my house is located right next to the canals. The bathroom is shared, there is no kitchen available and pets are not allowed. Please note that i live in the apartment too with my family, so is very important that you are mindful and respectful of others. Quiet guests are welcome. Please if are looking for a house for party, this is not the place. The space The room is about 10 square meters size, it is located inside my apartment at the second floor of the building (no elevator). The bathroom is shared but our private cleaner comes every day and i always do my best in keeping it very clean. Towels and shampoo and shower cream are provided. The kitchen is not available, we do not have the permit to offer kitchen but do not be discouraged, this area is full of restaurants and fast food so dining here is possible with any budget. Please note that the check in is at 3pm and the checkout is at 10am, this is to allow our cleaner, who comes randomly from 10am to 3pm, to prepare the room for the next guests.
