Registration 295609 Expiry: Feb 28,2027 The space The condo is located on beautiful Lake Tremblant within the former Hotel du Lac complex on rue Cuttle. FEATURES: One private bedroom with Queen size bed Double size sofa bed in living room area sleeps 1 adult or 1 child comfortably (remembering that it is still a sofa bed) Condo not suitable for young children (e.g., shower only) Free cable, fast internet, wifi access, Chromecast Fireplace - upgraded from wood to natural gas Dec 2023. Fully renovated kitchen, including new appliances - fridge, stove, dishwasher (pods supplied) New washer and dryer in condo (soap supplied) Iron and board Keurig coffee machine, with complementary coffee capsules Fully renovated bathroom - rain shower, hair dryer, (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels supplied) Electric BBQ on patio (except in winter) Protected ski locker (key to lock) Convenient private outdoor parking for one car additional guest parking spots available either beside our condo on South side of building as well as a parking lot between the building and the lake (you can see it from the patio accessed by the road going down towards the lake). Guest access Note: Access to the lake from the dock is only available to long term guests (30 days) and owner’s who live on site. There are lakes close by for swimming including lac Mercier 5 minutes by car and lac Raynaud at the Domaine St-Bernard (great for children). Other things to note No pets. No smoking in and around our condo. Door lock code and wifi code will be given 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note that there is a series of stairs leading down from the parking to the entrance of our condo. We are part of a former condo hotel built to showcase the views of the lake and mountain. Because the condos were built into the hill, it means that the living area has a great view of the mountain and the lake, and opens to a small garden patio. The bedroom, which is at the other end of the condo has no view. As well, again because it was built on a hillside, you do need to go down some steps to enter the condo, but once in, you are on ground level with an exceptional view and a ground level patio. BBQ on terrace needs to be pulled away from the wall when in use, so as not to create a fire. We have a natural gas fireplace. No beach access. Sorry, we do not accept pets.
