My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids). Bring you boats launch at Shasta lake (1 mile). Lots of motorcycle/ATV trails too, must bring your own, The space The home is located on a 200 acres parcel, with awesome scenery and lots of things to do. Rental of home includes all amenities at the Coram Ranch, basketball court, horseshoe pits, mountain bikes to ride along the Sacramento River rail trail, bocceball court, game room and pool ( not heated). Hotspot available in the home. Everything is easy walking distance. Guest access Guests have access to game room, pool, basketball court, horseshoes, bocce ball court and mountain bikes. Game Room and pool could be a shared space, if another home on facility is booked. Pool is 55,000 gallons, its hugh and lots of room Other things to note We have Starlink at the ranch. TV' play dvds only , no cable. DVD library in office for guests to borrow. Cooling system air evaporated cooled. Please bring own toiletries. Please bring food, beverages, special spices (we have basic) . Please bring all paper products we supply toilet tissue. Laundry soap too.
