Master Bedroom - quaint and charming

Master Bedroom suite is very private, located downstairs with a king-size bed & private bath w/ clawfoot tub. Antiques and hardwood floors furnish this unique home. Some ongoing home improvement projects, but not to interfere w/ comfort. Host is to be notified prior to booking if a service animal or emotional support animal will accompany guest. The space Big house, but please be respectful of other guests and host. Keep noise, TV volume, and closing of doors at reasonable levels. No obnoxious partiers, slamming doors, keeping others awake. Limited use of the laundry room is available for $5/load. Guests are to be respectful of others, not be loud, clean up after themselves in the shared bathroom (keep the commode seat down, flush, clean out your own hair in shower, do not leave dirty clothes and towels, keep counters clean and uncluttered) and common areas. Guest access Check-in is after 1 pm or later, but check-in time is to be coordinated with host. Provide eta in booking. During your stay Host lives on-site. Personal belongings remain in Master Bedroom. Check-in is self-serving. Access code provided on or day before check-in. Guests should provide check in time. Guests can come and go as they please, but with respect for others who may not be nite owls or keep the same late nite schedules.
