Description
- Quiet cul-de-sac street in leafy historic suburb. - Old character house, built in 1900. - Lovely community feel. - 2 mins walk to train station. - 20 min train ride into Perth city. - 5 mins walk to restaurants and cafes - On the edge of the Swan Valley. - Street parking available. - Large shopping complex 5 kms away (Midland Gate) - Within walking distance of parks and the Swan river. - 10-15 mins from the hills and John Forrest National Park. - 10-15 mins from the airport Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house apart from the other bedrooms. There is a kitchen / dining / living room area as well as a backyard. The front porch has a table and chairs and is a lovely area to sit with a cuppa in the morning. There is a coffee machine and tea that guests are free to use. Please note that COVID-19 restrictions may apply if you are coming in to WA from interstate. During your stay My husband and I do work full-time Monday - Friday although our work is shared between our home office and our offices in the city. If we aren't home at the time that you need assistance we will be available by phone / text. I speak fairly fluent French. Other things to note We have two dogs (an American Staffy and Border Collie X) and 2 cats. They are all very friendly. We also live under the flight path as we are close to the airport. It is something to be aware of if you are a very light sleeper. It's doesn't bother us and others report they get used to it very quickly.
