This site is from 1 to 7 people price( please let me know for adjust price for your numbers). Our home is located in the heart of Fraser Heights, Surrey. (a Vancouver Suburb). There are 2 kitchens at main floor, you can use one of private kitchen when you reserve 3 bedrooms. You will see my husband (he is mostly working) and me when we stay one of table, so mostly you are own yourselves. Because we have 3 tables( kitchen, living and family rooms) plus one balcony at front entrance and another one is on the back of sundeck with mountain view . 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are private(only you) at top floor. This listing is about 3,500 square foot area, main floor is 2000 square feet and top floor is 1500 square feet. Our home has a beautiful Japanese Rock Garden around the house. You will see four seasons of garden pictures when you go through two of the listings. Most of the rooms we offer are private and have an en suite bathroom. Each room is approximately 250 square feet (15帖tatami room). The room sizes differ as do the sizes of the beds within each room. Also, this listing is located near the #1 Freeway (Exit #50) which provides convenient travel both Eastbound towards Hope and Westbound towards Vancouver. ★★ Please contact to change as correct price BEFORE YOUR PAYMENT IS GIVEN. The Transit system (city bus) is one and a half blocks away (the bus stop is 3-4 minutes walk from home). The bus takes you directly to the sky train station to go to Downtown Vancouver and also YVR (The Vancouver International Airport). For $10.25 dollars, you can use all transit systems in Vancouver (Bus, Sky train, Canada line and the Sea bus) all day long. We are also more than happy to assist our guest with the transit system. Vancouver International Airport Drop-off / pick up is available at an additional charge ( I driver +6 passenger SUV). *30-35 minutes from Downtown Vancouver by car or about 1 hour by bus & Sky train. *40-45 minutes from Vancouver airport or about 1.5hour by bus & Sky train. *10-15 minutes from nearest sky train station by car or 15 - 20 minutes by bus. Guest access There are 3 eating tables inside of the house. We have two outside balconies, front and back. You can enjoy at any time for barbecue, chatting, etc. There are a gas barbecue and water plus a sink. Please enjoy a beautiful mountain view. During your stay I give my guests space but am available when needed. We are readily available to answer any of your concerns, please ask us. My blessing will come from all of your happy faces. Please enjoy as freely! Other things to note We have an air filter system inside of the house. Fresh air is circulating in your room. Closed window is better than open in your room window because no dust or odor coming at all. Daily cleaning is not included in the price. Please ask me for service call., $25.00 per hour will be charge or you may clean by yourself. Once in a week cleaning will be appreciated for your room and bathroom. You may do more often if you wish, I will supply the cleaning tools and soap etc. Pillow, blanket, Futon, sheets sets are cleaned each guest left. You have fresh and cleaned bed sets well for your comfortable sleep. We have an air filter system inside of the house. Fresh air is circulating in each room.
