Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, oven. Plenty of storage space. The balcony overlooks the courts, a sun trap in all seasons and includes a reading corner. Standard 4'6" double bed in the bedroom and Laura Ashley sofa bed in living room. The space Period features include original Victorian floor tiles and marble fireplace. Provided: Towels/ bed linen, toiletry pack, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, tea coffee. Also picnic basket, range of indoor/outdoor games. Please note: This is a flat in a residential house and would be grateful if guests can respect the space and neighbours. Not suitable for babies or young children. Check out is 11am. Check-in 3pm to 11pm. I will either meet you myself at the property on arrival. The living room and balcony face the tennis club grounds. The bedroom faces the front. During the one week international ATP tennis tournament in June the public queue to enter the tennis grounds begins outside the flat. Guest access Barons Court tube direct to Pay and Display parking from 9 am until 5 pm Mon- Fri. Free parking weekends. Parking is generally good at anytime in the area. During the tennis tournament week Monday 14th - Sunday 20th June 2021 there is no parking in the immediate street. Other things to note Please note this is a residential house and would ask guests to consider the residents in the other apartments. Check-in and check-out is flexible, depending if there are guests before or after you arrive.
