Located in the heart of Summer's Edge, this classic beach cottage is just a short walk to the beach. The home has two wonderful porches to enjoy the summer breeze and a wide open floor plan on the first floor, including a living room, dining room and kitchen. There also is a bunk bed alcove for the kids on the first floor, with an adjacent powder room. The second floor features a large master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and an adjoining master bathroom, including a separate shower and sunken whirlpool tub. Also on the second floor are two other bedrooms that share a bathroom. The master bedroom and queen bedroom have direct access to the second floor porch. This home is equipped with Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, cable, and a house phone, which includes free local and national phone calls for our guests. Summers Edge is approximately 2 miles from the town of Seaside, located halfway between Destin and Panama City. The community is just minutes away from shopping, restaurants and many other activities in Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, Destin and Panama City. There are great bike paths, lakes and state parks, not to mention the beautiful white sand beaches and emerald green water. The possibilities for outdoor activities abound!
