Oasis in the City (Near Bexley)

Nestled in Columbus' east side, our home sits on half an acre of land amidst a residential locale of long term residents. It is ideally located one minute from the I-70 highway on one of the main north/south arteries in the city. It sits back from the street allowing for ample parking and clear passage to and from the road. It is a 5 mile drive to downtown, 5 mile direct commute to the airport, and minutes away from convenient stores, restaurants, suburbs, and many of Columbus' popular venues. The space Our home is a 1000 sq ft ranch with an open layout in which the living room, dining room, and kitchen are closely shared spaces. The bathroom and bedrooms are separated from that space by a short hallway for privacy. The front yard and particularly the backyard offer ample areas for light recreation and relaxation. The backyard includes a patio with a table and chairs to unwind. The backyard grass is a unique, extra soft type that will encourage guests to take off the shoes and socks and enjoy the feel of nature on your soles. Guest access You will have access to the driveway, entire home, and front and back yards. Access to the garage will not be given. Other things to note We have two cameras on the exterior of our home for security purposes. Be assured that this does not compromise the privacy of our guests inside our home. To make sure that we accommodate you in a clean and safe environment of high standard, we block two days before and after each guest. We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to light switches and doorknobs; Use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies; Wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination; Clean each room extensively to disinfect hard and material surfaces; And provide extra cleaning supplies so you can clean as you stay.
