Double bedroom just off Whiteladies Road

My home is close to BBC Bristol, Whiteladies Road, Bristol University, O2 academy, Clifton Downs, the Triangle, the BRI, Nuffield and BUPA hospitals. It's a short walk into Clifton Village and the suspension bridge. You'll love my place because of the peace and quiet. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travellers. Please note I do not provide breakfast but there are many great cafes within short walking distance. A kettle is in the room for your use. Parking is not included The space Being only a couple of minutes from The Triangle, Whiteladies Road and Clifton Village but without the constant noise of pedestrians and traffic Guest access A double bedroom for solo guests only with access to private bathroom via communal hallway. Please also note this is a standard double bed so if you’re very tall it may be a tight fit! The kitchen is not available to guests (this includes use of the microwave) but a kettle is provided along with a small fridge and lots of cafes and coffee shops in walking distance. Parking is not included but I can provide a visitors permit for £5 per day. During your stay I lead a busy life with a full time job working from home and also teaching Pilates every evening and weekend mornings so I will shut myself away! I try to meet as many guests for a face to face check in so it is very helpful to know your arrival plans. If I will not be available I offer self check in via a key safe and will send instructions near to your arrival date I permanently work from home so can offer flexibility around my work commitments so it’s really helpful to know planned arrival times. My work meetings will take priority so I may have to ask you to arrive earlier or later when I am available. Other things to note The room is in my home and I work from home so will mainly be around during the day. Please note the heating only comes on at limited times, not 24/7 like a hotel. You will be given a set of keys to come and go as you like. I do not have a curfew but ask guests to respect that this is my home, come in as quietly as possible and not shower after 10pm. I have a cat but he does not go into the guest bedroom or bathroom and I will shut the lounge door so you will not meet him. I appreciate some people are highly allergic so may not feel comfortable staying in a place with a cat. I do not provide breakfast and the kitchen is not available for use by guests. A kettle is provided if you would like to bring your own tea/coffee and milk. A small fridge is available. A small desk and chair are provided for comfortable short term working. Only solo travellers. Please do not book for two guests. As this is my home, please do not bring other people into my flat or the bedroom. Please do not ask for a check in after 10pm as this time is set for my comfort and safety. Parking is not included. Paid on street parking is available in the surrounding roads (operates 9am-9pm on my road and 9am-5pm on surrounding roads). I can offer a permit for £5 per day.
