This is a private rental for large groups. Please be quiet as it is located in a quiet residential area. < Note: Due to cleaning schedule adjustments, reservations are due one week in advance, so please book early. Please contact us if you can adjust your cleaning schedule after the deadline, as we can accommodate you. > Access from the station is also good (7-minute walk), and historical cultural heritage and beaches are within walking distance. 10-minute walk to Zaimokuzakaigan. Parasols, tents, leisure sheets, and large floats are available for playing in the sea. Check-in time is 5 pm, but if you contact us in advance, you can rent it for free. There are 3 single beds and 1 sofa bed that can be used as a double bed. There are also futons for 7 people, so it can accommodate up to 12 people in total. There are two Western-style toilets, a private bath (with a bathtub), and wifi that can be connected to multiple devices, so even large groups can stay stress-free. It is possible for multiple families with children to stay, or for a group of friends to have a training camp. There is also a microwave, fridge, IH, cookware and dishes. There is no TV, but there is Alexa. The space The room with 3 beds and the living room are separated by a hallway, so you can rest and relax in the bedroom while others are gathering in the living room. There is a smart speaker in the living room. "Alexa!"Try talking to it. We do not have a TV to encourage socializing. Cookware and tableware are provided, but if you need more, please purchase them at the supermarket. Also, condiments are not provided because they depend on the person using them, but salt, sugar, and soy sauce are usually always available. In winter, we provide an electric pot so you can make hot pots, so please use it. Guest access You can enter all parts of the room except for closed areas such as closets. Other things to note The rooms facing the road have some noise from cars passing by. Also, although there is some distance from the railroad crossing, the sound of the railroad crossing may bother you. It is basically an old wooden house built over 50 years ago. Therefore, please note that the structure has weak sound and heat insulation.
