In the old, authentic, Mediterranean style house we created this lovely, modern studio apartment. House consist of 4 apartments all together and a 8x4m swimming pool. Apartment is sunny and bright, it has everything you need for a nice stay. It has a small terrace overlooking swimming pool, perfect for a morning coffee. The space Villa is situated in perfect location, 2 min walk to the Kolovare beach, 10 to 15 min easy walk to the old town. It's peaceful neighborhood gives you opportunity for perfect relaxation while on holidays. It's little hidden gem but still close to all happenings. Supermarket is 2 min walk, restaurant just across the way, pharmacy... Guest access You have access to the swimming pool, we also have barbecue which you are free to use. Also have laundry room which consist of 2 washing machines and a dryer.
