The studio apartment also has a separate entry room that has 1 futon set up as couch. This can be set up as a bed (please request this). There is a separate bedroom area from this room, that has a queen-sized bed. And there is a kitchenette area with fridge, sink, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, and more. There is a private bathroom off the bedroom, which has laundry. This is a large ground-level space with newer wood laminate flooring, paint and kitchenette. The downstairs space has its own private entry and is separated from the garage (you can not enter the garage) and from our upstairs living space by a locked door. You will be occupying the entire downstairs space (approximately 1000sf). Self-check in is available for your convenience. We aim to accommodate your vacation needs. We are available for assistance if needed. This is a nice established neighborhood in a forested area. It is safe for walking and is on a quiet street. There is plenty of street parking for you. The nearest public transportation is El Dorado Transit which stops at the Safeway, 3.6 miles away. The kitchen does not have a stove or oven; instead, we have a hot plate with couple pans, an electric griddle, a toaster oven, along with the standard microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. There is a full-size refrigerator for your use, and you are welcome to use the full-size washer/dryer if needed. Please realize there is no automatic generator at this property. In the event of a power outage, there are flashlights and an electric lantern in your space. There are two space heaters for your use, for the cool seasons.
