The space This is a basic ground-level space with newer wood laminate flooring, area rugs, comfy linens, and rustic charm. it's the lower level of the house where the owners reside. Guest access The space has its own private entry. We have installed a barn door to provide privacy from our upstairs living space. You will be occupying the downstairs bedroom, bath and kitchenette . Self check-in is available for your convenience. Other things to note This is an ideal space for a couple or a couple and a baby. There is one Queen sized bed and a portable crib, if needed. The kitchenette is to be used for light meal preparation only. There is a hot plate, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. There is a full-size refrigerator/freezer for your use. In the event of a power outage, there are flashlights and an electric lantern in your space. There are space heaters, fans and portable air conditioner provided in the Summer months. The central heat is controlled from the main house. our living space is above the rental unit, And therefore guests may occasionally hear footsteps and our two cats playing.
