A 10 years young home, with views of the Derwent River. Well insulated, sunny, warm and clean. It's close to the beaches, with a spacious quiet Living Room and a large private bathroom. We also have lots of good storage space and unlimited Wifi connection. It is only 5min drive to the new Glebe Hill Shopping Centre, with a Coles, MacDonald's, Post Office, Chemist, etc.. The space A quiet accommodation in a 3 bedroom well-positioned home in Rokeby. The room we AirBnB is on the same level, with a large bathroom. It's not an ensuite but you will have exclusive use of that bathroom. Guest access You are welcome to share most areas of our home, except for our private rooms. Please read our house rules before booking. Drive way parking is available, and there are a lot of street parking as well. During your stay Please let us know if you have any enquiries. Your privacy is respected. Other things to note We expect guests to be respectful and trustworthy. We provide basic Breakfast up to 10:00am for the short term visitor.
