Flat with view of lighthouse, garden and drive

Self contained ground floor of my 1920s house with living room area,TV and Fireplace. Separate Utility Room with Cooking Facilities, walk in shower and separate toilet. Own access via lane and garden, and off road car parking. There is a view of Mumbles lighthouse from the garden. The space Fantastic location, great for Swansea and gower. Self contained (own toilet, shower, fridge freezer and table top cooking facilities). There is also a washing machine which may be occasionally used by me if you're staying longer term (on request) Guest access Whole ground floor and garden. The basement is accessed via a lane (with parking), then through the garden to your own doorway. Other things to note Although I usually live above this self contained flat I do sometimes let airbnb guests use my part of the house and that is always on the understanding that they will be considerate regarding their noise when on their ground floor.
