Vue du Moore is a casual beach house situated in beachside Guilderton. Overlooking the Moore River, this very casual and quiet area offers endless beaches, great river activities, bush walking, sand duning, and golf activities. This is unhosted,; the host does not live at the house. The guest need to supply all normal household requirements such as bed linen, bath towels, and consumables (all food and condiments, soap, toilet paper, detergents, etc). Cleaning materials are provided. The space Comfortable and affordable holiday accommodation in Guilderton on the Moore River and close to Guilderton's beaches and adjacent to bushland. The entire house is all to yourselves: Two double bed bedrooms and a bunk room with four single bunk beds gives ample room for an extended family, or even a two family stay. Living, dining and well equipped kitchen are open plan. Lovely veranda with a large deck with views over Moore River provide a perfect space for the BBQ and drinks while viewing great sunsets. This is a casual beach house. It has no carpets so well behaved pets are welcome and allowed inside as long as they are cleaned up after. The house gets a thorough cleaning after each stay, though I extend discounts on the cleaning fee if the house is left in a clean state. The backtayr is fenced in with a rear country fence - the rear of the proeperty is bounded by farmland. It may not be suitble for small dogs. All you need to bring is your linen (sheets, pillow slips, and towels) and food. Mobile phone coverage is fair. This is a rural setting, with paddocks to the rear of the property. It is prone to having all the hallmarks of a rural property (salt spray, dust, house spiders, etc). We don't use chemicals to keep the house critter free, so you can be sure you, like the occasional house spiders, will not be poisoned! Not available to leavers. Local attractions include the Gin Gin Gravity Discovery Centre / Observatory which contains a major hands on science educational centre and includes such things as the Leaning Tower of Gin Gin, operational astronomical experiments, and timelines of the universe.
