The villa is located in Kapparis, just 2minutes walk from Malama Beach , 0.6 km from Protaras Ocean Aquarium and a 5-10 minute walk to Trinity Beach. This villa is 9.7 km from Park Kavo Gkreko and 7km to the famous fig tree bay. This villa comes with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven. The air-conditioned villa also has a flat-screen TV, a seating area, washing machine and a bathroom with a bath and a shower. The villa has a BBQ. Guests can also relax in the garden. The space To the ground floor is a well equipped kitchen, living room, dining table, TV with and DVD player. There is also a downstairs WC, front veranda with seating area and the back garden has another seating area with BBQ. To the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed with doors that lead to a balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom has twin beds. There is also a family bathroom. There are air conditioning units in the bedrooms and living area. For those with young children there is a travel cot available. Other items can be available on request e.g. a high chair, camp bed etc. Although the villa doesn’t have a pool, the beach is within walking distance and you can use local hotel pools (some may ask for a small fee).
