You will be renting and living in a completely separated lock off basement apartment. I live upstairs in a completely separate unit. This is my primary residence. It's a 6 minute walk to the Gondola. Main street is a 65 second walk away. I hope you feel at home in my house. You're renting the entire basement apartment. It has it's own entrance separate from the upstairs where I live. I'm happy to allow you access to my washer and dryer for clothes if you're staying for more than 5 days. The space Your space is downstairs in the basement. It's completely separate from the upstairs with a private entrance. My home is essentially a duplex. You will be in the basement unit. There are 3 bedrooms as shown in the photos. The largest bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin bed. The living room couch folds out into a comfortable queen bed. You also have access to a full kitchen, full bathroom, and spacious mud room. You’ll love the convenience of the location, only a ten minute walk from the gondola. We have wifi and 1 large smart television. You're next door to a fancy restaurant. Aurum is a baseball throw away. Twist is even closer. Legends is also a baseball throw away. Fatty's Pizzeria is a 34 second walk. The hot tub is new and small. It's a 2 seater. We'll discuss. I am happy to share. Guest access Everything in town is walkable. There's a bus stop in front of my home that leaves 2 times each hour. I encourage you to walk. Everything is close. The space you stay in is downstairs. Your entrance is on the left in the photo. You will have access to the upstairs washer and dryer too if you are staying more than five days. Cuppa Joe is next door. Legends, Aurum and Twist are all within 60 seconds walking away. Mom's Bakery is about 2 minutes away. Fatty's is nearly a 1 minute walk away. I have 1 designated parking spot for you. You can find paid street parking everywhere. I may have a second parking spot if you need it. Ask. The hot tub is new and small. It's a 2 seater. We'll discuss. I am happy to share. Other things to note If you plan on bringing your pet(s) then tell me. I need to know so I prepare for extra cleaning once you leave. Thanks for your interest in staying at my home.
