Any behavior that may disturb neighbors (loud noise, shouting, lingering outside, outdoor drinking, etc.) is prohibited. If any prohibited activity is confirmed, we may require you to immediately vacate the property. In addition, any restoration or damage costs will be charged at actual cost.
