"La Casa di Maria Luce"® Selvolini is located in the medieval village of Lecchi in Chianti (8 km from Gaiole) in the heart of Chianti Classico, with ample space, it can comfortably accommodate 4-5 people. It consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 beautiful bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. 50 meters from a grocery store for basic necessities, tobacco, a bar-wine bar for breakfasts and quick lunches, and a great restaurant a short walk from the house. The large furnished terrace offers a beautiful view of the countryside. The space The house is in typical Tuscan stone of the area, very old, built at the end of the 13th century, it has been restored maintaining the typicality with the ceiling with exposed wooden beams, owned by the Selvolini di Lecchi Family in Chianti for generations. Cozy and independent, equipped with excellent and fast Wi-Fi (throughout the property) and air conditioning with 2 splits (hot/cold air) in the living room and hallway (the rooms are equipped with fans), it can comfortably accommodate 4-5 people. The large equipped terrace offers a beautiful panoramic view, a small garden where you can barbecue at guests' complete disposal. The main access from the garden, then up 12 comfortable steps is exclusive for guests who move in complete freedom, access also from a second entrance with internal stairs. In the apartment there are no stairs or internal steps, so it is very comfortable and safe for children. Parking is free and within walking distance throughout the village, in the marked spaces and in the public parking lot equipped with an electric vehicle charging station a few meters from the property. For cyclists, a free bike room belonging to the house. Guest access The house is independent, the main access from the garden, and then climb 12 comfortable and wide external steps is exclusive for guests who move in complete freedom. The house also has a second entrance with internal stairs at no. 43 on the same street.
