Relax in comfort at our much loved family beach house in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. Laid back style and excellent location, Lazy Lemon Dayz is the ideal relaxing beach retreat for couples and families alike. Walk to picturesque Rosebud Beach in less than 10 minutes, stroll to nearby shops, cafes and restaurants or hop in the car and within minutes be at local wineries, Arthur's Seat & Hot Springs. The bathroom has a spacious new shower & a new kitchen . Cinemas & pub. The space Spacious, airy and light-filled, our open-plan home can comfortably accomodate 5 guests. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom, a double bed in the other bedroom with a single bed mattress stored under the double bed. The house is a older type of building but is clean and comfortable. It has a new shower & kitchen . Guest access You'll have access to all parts of the house. The back door in the laundry does not open, this door is permanently locked. The back room is a children’s room, but please note that on hot days this room gets extremely hot and I would not recommend using it. The back room door has a key in it which you can access the backyard through this door . Door is to be locked when guests check out. Other things to note Check in is strictly 2 pm and check out is 10 am. There is a fee of $ 20 per hour for guests who need to book in early or leave late. Host must be informed at the time of booking. I have cleaners that need ample time to clean the property before the next guest arrives. Please note the cleaners have a tight schedule at times and they need notice. Thank you for your understanding. Please also note that the price per night is a set price and it is not negotiable.
