This space is a guest suite in our home separate from our living space. There is a private entrance and driveway. The space is clean, recently renovated and freshly decorated. The location is close to many of the amenities offered in the Columbia Valley. The space Features of the living quarters: This is a new guest suite in our home. It has a private entrance (with no steps or stairs). This is entirely locked off from our living space and has separate driveway. There is space to park your vehicle and to store kayaks , bikes, etc. The outdoor space has a private patio ,propaneBBQ, table, seating and access to a spacious back yard with a fire pit. Enter via keyless lock, into the living room with an electric fireplace, smart TV, WIFI, work area /dining table 2arm chairs and comfy couch. Cozy throw blankets and cushions. Games and cards in storage closet. Queen size bed with a spacious ensuite bathroom,heated flooring, shower, washer and dryer. Plenty of towels for hot pools too! Full kitchen with fridge, stove range, microwave, dishwasher and all the items needed to prepare and serve your own meals. We stock some spices , coffee and tea. Location features: Several good Restaurants and a grocery store are a 10-minute walk away. The location is close to several golf courses, fishing, kayaking, biking , and excellent hiking. The location is a 5 minute drive up the mountain to Fairmont Resort for skiing and hot springs. The drive to Invermere is about 25-mins, 35-mins to Radium and 45-mins to Panorama. Deer Crossing is a year-round vacation getaway ideal for couples, business travellers and adventurers alike! Guest access Barbecue, seating area, fire-pit and patio area in forested back yard. Other things to note We pay special attention when cleaning and preparing the space for you. Linens are washed in hot water. We use disinfectant on all surfaces including door handles and light switches. We use a catalytic burner to purify the air. Dyson vacuum to remove dirt and dust.
