Everything is newly renovated, it’s a very bright house with a lot of sunlight coming in and you will love the relaxing feeling of seeing the private pool and banana trees right in front of the house. The space This newly renovated 1+1 suite villa is the perfect relaxing place four your summer or winter vacation.. Suitable for couples, families with 1 or 2 kids or friends. Max 3 adults or family with 2 kids. Outside: It has a private pool with jakuzzi (no heating) a beautiful private garden surrounded with banana and coconut trees, 2 sun beds for taning, comfortable sofa area by the pool for enjoying your coffee/cocktail, a dining area outside and a low shower for your sandy feet if you like to clean them after a sandy trip to the beach. Inside: Newly built full kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge, oven, high speed blender, mini-blender, toaster, filter coffee machine, turkish coffee pot, Nespresso machine with milk foamer, kettle etc), 2 air conditioners (1 in bedroom, 1 in living room). A walk-in closet(room) for your luggage, clothes and shoes. Fast wifi and office area with a desk and office chair. Third person can sleep in a comfortable, portable bed in the living room (baby barrier is accessible if needed) Details: You will have a gardener, who takes of care of the garden. Pool maintenance and cleaning is done automatically by the pool engine and manual cleaning is done by our pool-staff early mornings every 2/3 days.
